Scott graduated from San Francisco State University, then earned his juris doctorate from McGeorge School of Law. Prior to founding Jenny & Jenny, LLP, Scott honed his craft under the tutelage of eminent domain giant James E. Cox. Scott is a trial attorney by choice and by trade and has been representing private property owners for over three decades, never once representing a government entity.

Richard K. Jenny, Esq.
Richard graduated from U.C Davis with a degree in Agricultural and Managerial Economics, and earned his juris doctorate from McGeorge School of Law. He has been practicing eminent domain law and representing private property owners against the government with Jenny & Jenny, LLP since 1999.
Anthony graduated from U.C.L.A then earned his law degree from U.C. Berkeley. Prior to joining Jenny & Jenny, LLP in 2026, Anthony served in the United States Marine Corps as prosecutor, where he cultivated his litigation skills and ability to manage large and complex caseloads.
