Who we are
Jenny & Jenny, LLP has more than 30 years of experience in matters of real estate-related concerns, particularly those involving eminent domain, inverse condemnation, land use, and zoning disputes and have successfully fought to protect the rights of individual, family, and business property owners throughout the state. We only represent private property owners and have never represented a government agency.
Our practice includes handling cases such as eminent domain cases where property owners believe their property is worth more than the government has offered, where property owners want to keep their property, where a government agency has damaged private property, where a redevelopment agency wants to take private property and give it to another private developer, and where a redevelopment agency uses the Polanco Act to decrease the value of the property being taken.
In every situation, we approach our clients’ cases as if our own property rights were at stake.
